Our reputation should speak for itself and we should be recognised for the leaders we are in terms of the service provision and industry know-how. This means driving ourselves to be the best in everything we do. This approach meets our clients’ expectations, creates opportunities for our people and enables us to fulfil our responsibilities.

At SGA we are driven by the need to always deliver quality and value added service to our clients. To ensure a quality and efficient audit we commit to our clients throughout the year providing them insight into the latest developments in both the accounting and auditing standards and any changes in the tax legislation that might impact on their business.

Our People, our most valuable resource.

Since Independence, the firm has been committed to transformation and employment equity. The firm prides itself on the progress of transformation since the enactment of the Affirmative Action Act of 1998. In February 2001 the firm submitted its first Affirmative Action Report to the Employment Equity Commission of the Republic of Namibia. Since 2001 SGA has been awarded an Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate each year. These certificates confirm that the firm prescribes to the principle of equal opportunity employment opportunities for all and that each person is given equal opportunities to reach their full potential.

Through our in-house bursary scheme we provide assistance to our staff to further their education and training. This initiative is aimed at ensuring that we are making a contribution to the goals set out in vision 2030, by producing Chartered Accountants who will service the growing business community.
